"Better to enjoy your coffee there rather than get it to go. The takeaway cups are so small that you end up throwing away half your coffee. They should offer larger takeaway cups to avoid this waste."

"Decent location. Easy car parking. The good points were breakfast. And a comfy bed. The negatives were no lift, and lots of steep stairs. The shower was very complicated to operate and took ages to reach a decent temperature and the control of the temperature was very stiff. No water provided. All in all bit run down."

"Stayed at multiple Premier Inns throughout the week- no issue with any of the staff until checking in here. The receptionist required my passport and a whole lot of personal information, including my reason for being in the country, none of which any of the other receptionists required. When I questioned this, the receptionist became very short with me, wouldn’t answer my questions, and overall was very unpleasant to deal with. Her manager then came to assist her and did nothing to help the...

"No free parking, no free breakfast and poor services."

"We got to the venue much later than we had planned, but it was a comfortable night in a nice hotel with an excellent breakfast."

"We absolutely loved our stay here! We were made to feel immediately welcome and our nervous dog felt right at home. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were fantastic and friendly throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our meal in the evening and the cooked breakfast was fantastic! Parking was easy and the hotel is located centrally in the beautiful village. We would definitely come back!"

"Enjoyed a stay for three days. Staff very willing and helpful. Excellent food. Enjoyed the different areas especially the beer garden when it was warm. Was woken by the kitchen extract fan at 6am, which probably was due to the secondary double glazing not fitting correctly. Needs some maintenance."

"Quite and clean, nice comfortable bed. Good well lit car motorcycle parking."

"It was very good and I would go back"

"Friendly and traditional."

"Room smelt of smoke, only offered air freshener, turns out the cleaners smoke right under where my room and where the laundry is held... Dusty, grimey, remote, shower broken, cooker vent grimey needs replacing. Walls are thin, someone smoking weed, someone upstairs moving aboout non stop, ended up not sleeping and was there for a funeral next day. Not quite sure what makes this hotel 4* it's defo like a hostel and even those are clean"

"Nice friendly staff good food nice clean hotel"

"Room was clean just couple small things , table in room needs replacing and towel rail very dusty. Staff pleasant a couple stood out more than some . Misinformed first night about me being able to eat in the restuarant . Breakfast was very nice as was evening meal however as tasty as the starter was £22 was steep for what it was comparing to other 4 or 5 star hotels . I would come back its minutes from my work so a good place to chill before hand"
