"I loved how the hotel was spread out, smaller buildings for rooms with 8 rooms per building 4 on the top and 4 on the bottom. The food was pretty good, fresh. The grounds were kept clean, the ocean was spectacular. Lots of iguanas and birds around the property which had its charm. The cab ride to town for shopping is 300 pesos or 25 US per way, that got a bit expensive, that and all the taxes in Cozumel for this or that excursion. "We had an amazing stay at Secrets Aura Cozumel. The property was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially loved breakfast at Bordeaux with Rony and Ricardo each morning, as well as lunches at the beach/pool with Miguel. The hydrotherapy at the spa was also wonderful. Overall, we had an incredible stay and we can’t wait to visit again very soon. "

"No sé ni por dónde empezar...todo nos encantó. Llegamos al aeropuerto, salimos y al cruzar la calle está el hotel; al entrar Don Daniel fue muy amable al recibirnos y nos asignaron una habitación al instante. La habitación con una cama extragrande y super cómoda, contaba con frigobar, horno de microondas y demás electrodomésticos. El baño con agua caliente. Al día siguiente nuestro desayuno estaba listo al despertar ya que se nos pregunto la noche anterior si deseábamos algo y a qué hora......

"Private, clean, and beautiful. The perfect Mexico getaway. The size of the resort makes it a more intimate experience allowing you to make bonds with both the staff and the other travelers. Iguanas can be seen meandering through the grounds. The location is a quick walk to the ocean. And scattered throughout the resort is a variety of restaurants. The staff is more than happy to accommodate your needs and are incredibly kind."

"This property was renovated last February and was very clean uncomfortable. The rooms were small but had everything we needed! Francesca at the front desk was amazing. She made me feel important tended to my needs and was efficient kind and really made me feel that I was a cherished guest at this gem of a hotel. "We felt at home when we were staying at the Hotel Segovia. There was one or two other individuals standing on the property. It was quiet and very comfortable. A person was always stationed at the front and that was very comforting that it was safe. Breakfast was made to order each day. The menu was an American type breakfast - eggs (made your way), bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, OJ, Coffee. I would highly recommend because it’s close to the Centro and fairly priced in March. "

"Excellent stay. Very comfortable room and shared spaces. We rented a scooter a few days directly from the property which was very convenient. Location is a little away from downtown which we found to be more quiet. Felt safe walking around even at night. There are several great food options within a few blocks. Would definitely stay again when in the area. "
