Had to move rooms 3 times. First one at no bathtub, which we requested ahead of time. Second room was by the large pool where you could here the boom boom of the bass through the wall. Ended up spending another $630 to get a room in the quieter "Preferred" area. This room was pretty nice. The rooms around the large pool only have a closet for clothes, with just a few hangers. No chest of drawers. Really silly. The preferred room was a bit better for clothes, but still not ideal. This room had a broken A/C, but they got it fixed on day 2. The food at the resort was OK in general, but nothing super flavorful. The snorkeling off the resort is pretty bad. Just a few fish near the pier, otherwise just sand, grass, and the occasional star fish. The 2 Hobie waves were next door at Sunscape, which is under construction. They had no sails, no attendant, and could not be used. Very disappointing. Everyone at the resort was very friendly and very helpful, but some have very strong Spanish accents, and were a little hard to understand. They definitely give you the feeling that they want you to happy, but the only OK food, bad snorkeling, and no sailing will not have me coming back.
