Troba hotels a El Cedral, Cozumel i rodalia a partir de 46 €

"the Allegro charged me $416 USD for the room tax that I paid at the property. It was supposed to be $416 MXN (pesos) wich would be$24 USD. At checkout I was told this was a mistake and that they would take care of it. As of this writing it has not been taken care of. I tried to reach out to them with the email they provided but I got no response! I have now had to get my bank involved to dispute the charge!"

"Good for the price."

"I had a swim out ocean view I arrived Saturday October 10th had paid for an upgrade. I immediately noticed a smell the seaweed was being cleaned up from the Secrets Resort and most of Dreams except the last third of the beach. It was about a foot deep and smelled really bad. I started complaining it wasn’t cleaned up until Wednesday 10/14 5 days into my stay at the resort. That was unacceptable especially if you tried to eat outside of the Italian restaurant and it smelled like dead fish."

"Servicio"

"Súper atención lo recomiendo mucho "

"Beautiful adult only hotel. Pool area is perfect with clean pool I used for water walking. Umbrellas and loungers. Covered area with tables. There was quite a bit outside noise at bedtime. I used a fan app to cover it up, but my husband still had a few nights it bothered him. We will definitely stay here again, maybe try a different room location. We were in a beautiful ocean view corner suite. Extra fee breakfast was very good. Central location in town was exactly what we wanted. ...

"Well here is the thing, there were padlocks on the door , no staff , no tenants, the place was shut down and abandoned, we even had a gentleman from next door call the establishment with no answer and we called the number listed on expedia which said was no longer in service. This left myself and 3 fellow travelers to walk on the road with heavy traffic and all of our luggage to hail a taxi, 25 usd to take us to another resort. So....do not recommend."

"Perfect place in terms of decor and comfort. It’s nicely tucked in the center of town . Perfect for a mother / daughter getaway. The spiral staircase give the place a challenging but worthwhile exercise of balance and fun"

"El hotel excelente, las habitaciones de muy buen tamaño. Excelente servicio. Super ubicación!"

"Muy cómodo"

"Es muy buena opción de hotel en Cozumel. El desayuno es básico pero es bueno. Es muy tranquila la ubicación y el personal es muy amable, el único problema es la regadera, se sale toda el agua y el baño termina todo mojado"
