"I had a fantastic stay at La Casa Juan Ranas. It was mid October so the weather was still warm and the local area was vibrant. The view from my suite’s terrace, was truly breathtaking - the best view of Alhambra! It was memorable having breakfast on my terrace and seeing the whole of Granada sprawling beneath the palace. The staff and hotel owner were great and made sure no request was too much - they were really friendly and helpful, arranging trips to the Alhambra. The food in the hotel...

There are nice lockers to store your luggage if needed. Although there is no reception desk, the staff greeted us on arrival and help us with everything we needed, very well organized property. "It was a bit challenging checking in because we arrived early. The office is several blocks away and doesn’t open until 10. We were able to drop our bags at the office and wonder the city until checking in. The room was awesome, very clean and modern, quiet and secure. The laundry on site was an added bonus. Great central location. Would definitely stay here again."

"We paid parking fee in advance, but couldn’t reach the parking spot by following the instructions as there are police officers stopping you to drive towards the parking spot on a street only authorized bus/taxi can be allowed, I showed our reservation and the email/instruction to the officer but it didn’t work. We have to park a 40 minutes walk away and it took us 3 hours to finally check in after we arrived the town as you can’t communicate with the host if you don’t speak Spanish. Please...

"The hotel is tucked away between a main street and a nice busy back street but it’s so quiet inside and lovely. The hotel and room are spotless and there are many shopping and food options in a short walking distance. We extended our stay due to an issue with transport and Narly was more than happy to help us out. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Granada."

"Our stay with Bibo Suites couldn't have been nicer. The people were warm and welcoming. There was a misunderstanding on our part about the availability of cutlery items. We misinterpreted the labeling. When the issue was addressed via text/email, the staff was quick to make SURE that we had what we needed. Our location was right next to the cathedral. It was PERFECT for us so we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We totally enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Bibo Suites!"
