"We had a wonderful stay for my 30th birthday! The location was very convenient to downtown Venice and was walking distance from the restaurant we chose for dinner. The property itself was very clean, and the host was very kind and helpful with any questions we had. I would love to stay here again in the future!"

"Larry was very polite and welcoming and the bungalow was perfect for our 3 night stay for the Rose Bowl festivities! We were only a couple of miles from the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl stadium. The bungalow was spotless, well stocked and most importantly cozy and quiet, allowing a nice place to relax between our busy activities. It rained a LOT, but didn’t impact the quality of our stay. We hope to return when there is some of that famous Southern California sunshine. Go IU! "

"Overall this was a nice location. Could use a little bit of overhaul, some new beds and some tlc under the beds. We did encounter a hiccup the first night which the host quickly resolved. Size wise it is very spacious good for a family visit. Outdoor safe playing space for kids inside the gate. Otherwise no complaints."
