Welcome to our charming home nestled only 4.7 miles from Disneyland. The home boasts a tastefully decorated living space that exudes comfort and style. Cleanliness is our top priority, ensuring that you have a comfortable and worry-free stay at our home.

This home has been carefully planned to cater to a family vacation, featuring a large, private patio area to enjoy the California weather. Located in a safe neighborhood, ideal for families, and conveniently within walking distance of a grocery store.

We have taken into account every aspect, both big and small, to cater to each and every new guest. This includes notable features like the Nest Thermostat, a modern washer and dryer, and remote access, as well as smaller items such as fresh shampoo, conditioner, soap, and coffee, among others.

To ensure your utmost comfort, we have installed a highly efficient air conditioning system that will keep you and your family pleasantly cool after an eventful day at Disneyland and the beaches. Additionally, we have recently implemented a tankless water heater, guaranteeing a never-ending supply of hot water. Unlike conventional water heater tanks that are constrained by their size, tankless water heaters can continuously provide hot water for your entire family.

Moreover, our property runs on renewable solar energy, enabling you to enjoy a worry-free experience while maintaining your preferred level of coolness inside the house.

Check-in is anytime after 4 pm. The entrance door is equipped with a keypad for easy, self-check-in and access during your stay.

Excellent property !!

My family enjoyed the stay here and kids liked it too much.Its very neat and clean and near to Disneyland and you can find restaurants , markets near by.Host is very proactive and helpful .Will definitely recommend to a family of 4 and we can plan to visit again in future .

Great experience

My wife and I had a 3 day Disney trip, and this house was perfect for us being only 10 to 15 mins away. This house would be perfect for a couple or for a family of 4. We liked having a designated parking spot, the deck in the back yard, and the cleanliness of the house. Jimmy was very responsive and easy to work with, we would stay here again.

Great location but could be cleaner

Great location close to shops and Disney. Upon arriving discovered the sheets on the main bed had not been changed. Found multiple strands of hair and a stain on the fitted sheet. At the bare minimum of hosting, bed sheets should always be changed out. We were disappointed to find dirty sheets and to our relief, Jimmy sent someone to drop off fresh sheets. The floors could also use a deep cleaning and mopping.Other than the cleaning issues, the house was ok. Space inside is small would have appreciated a nicer outdoor area for our 1 week stay.

Disney Bound

This is a perfect place for going to Disney. It’s close and easy to get to after a long day at the park. The AC units in the rooms make for a comfortable night of rest. We didn’t use the kitchen much but we’re grateful for the complimentary ice in the freezer for our water bottles each morning. N

Very quiet and pretty

My family wanted a peaceful place for our vacation and this was definitely the place. The neighborhood is nice and quiet as well. The owner had great communication with me even when problems arouse they were fixed quickly. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone looking.

Enjoyed our stay here, Jimmy was awesome and accommodated us right away when another host we had booked never got back to us in time only to tell us that the property was not available. I would definitely recommend this property, it was everything as described, convenient location and great host.

Perfect stay for a small family

The time we spent in the house was very pleasant and we enjoyed location in regards to, especially, Disney Land. As always in US driving is a necessity and this was the case here as well. A nicely equipped kitchen, good beds, and nice shower. The washer and drier was used on several occasions with ease as well. All in all recommendable.

Disney Magic!

We stayed for a girl's trip to Disney, and had a great time! Here are the details: Pros: Clean. I will say, I have never stayed in a VRBO that meets my cleanliness standards. Would love to have seen a bit more detail cleaning, but for the most part, it was pretty clean. I was happy to see they had the bead spread in the washer for the other unit- and assumed that meant our were washed as well before our visit. So kudos to the housekeeping staff! -Cute little neighborhood, and quite close to Disney. We felt safe there. -Loved the driveway parking. -Communication with the host was amazing. Super fast responses. -Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Cons: (I am being picky, but always appreciate these details when I am looking for a vacation home: -Uncomfortable pillows. Super flat. -Would have loved spare bedding like more blankets and pillows. -Couch was small and not comfy. -Gate to get into the property was so hard to open. -Laundry is shared with another unit. I had an awkward moment trying to find it, where I ended up staring at the other residents in their living room from the backyard. I was like: Uh, am I trespassing? loL! When I did find it, both the washer and dryer were full, and I didn't know what to do with the laundry (no basket or anything, so I had to wait another day until it was emptied. It is outside as well- which was weird. -Unit could use some rugs in the bedrooms! (I said I was being picky!! Overall, great experience! Would stay here again.

Fullerton winter stay

Jimmy is great at communicating with you regarding expectations and check in and out. He was happy to text if we had questions. The apartment is well equipped for guests to be comfortable and be able to use the kitchen to make meals. We did not use laundry facilities as they are outside and it was raining each time we planned to use them. The apartment felt safe and is close to shops and amenities.

Family Time

This was a nice property that was in a quiet neighborhood. We had a nice time as we were able to be near our daughter who lives in the area and the unit was clean and open and comfortable. The host Jimmy was a great host with constant communication and offers for help.

Lovely duplex close to restaurants

Very well appointed property. Very clean. Comfortable for 4 people. It is in a quiet neighborhood 2 blocks from a grocery store and lots of restaurants. 3 separate air conditioning units so everyone is happy. I highly recommend this property.
