"The hotel was close to two underground stations, making it very easy to get around London and reach Heathrow Airport as well. Drinks, were wine, beer, water, tea, coffee, Coke were included in the room. The refills were haphazard though. More than a few times we were left without water. Oh, well, if no water then we drank the wine. We had the buffet breakfast one day. It was good, but not worth having every day, IMHO. "

"This was a perfect room for me as a solo traveller. The room had a very comfortable single bed, tiny but perfect bathroom and just enough space for me to open my cabin bag. The room felt a bit luxurious, very nice linen and a pretty window onto the street. It was quiet and I highly reit for one person. The village is super nice, pubs and cafes and lots of vintage stores."

"Check in felt rushed lacking customer care and there was no water in the rooms. The room itself was very clean and quiet, my wife and I enjoyed an excellent nights sleep and the breakfast was excellent value, piping hot served by a great hard working team. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"This is an absolutely beautiful central London hotel with lovely common areas and a fantastic garden. Rooms were small but had great bathrooms. Our only negative comment is that we had booked a classic king size room - the bed was 5ft/150cm - a Uk queen size not king. "The air conditioner was not working in our room. A portable one was set up with the exhaust hose stuck out of the open window. As much money as I paid for the room I should have been moved to a different one. Because we were exposed to the night air and exhaust, both my daughter and myself got sick. Also, we ordered room service which after an hour was not delivered. I called to check and the online order system wasn’t working and never received it.
