"We loved the Emperor's suite! This was the perfect alternative to a hotel for us. The suite was cute and cozy with a barndimonium/cabin feel. This is a beautiful property and there were many family-friendly activites! There was a little confusion on our booked dates, but Tina handled it quickly and professionally. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The only negative was that the floors were very dirty in our unit. "

"Property was clean and spacious. Although the National Park was closed due to the shutdown, we still were able to do many things. The Bridge Walk was great, as was the Exhibition Mining Company. Having trains come by was interesting, and pretty neat. "

"Cute home close to Concord University. Was nice to go and visit my daughter and cook a meal for her and her friends. The fire pit outback was a great addition. Dog friendly. Owner allowed me to check in early which was very much appreciated after a 6 hour drive. "

"We had a really nice stay here. Everything is clean and well kept. We loved going to Bridge Day, and enjoyed hiking and the fall colors. Probably something important to note is that there is no wi-fi, and about 1 bar of cell service at the property. So if you need to work or make calls, probably should plan ahead for that. "

"We had a fantastic stay! We need a large place for the family while we visited Concord In Athens. This cabin offers lots of room. The kitched is nicely stocked. The decor has lots of quilts and country pieces. Very clean inside. We got to see turkeys and one very large owl at night. The host Lee Ann is a great communicator. We will certainly stay again when we come up to Pipestem. "

"Wonderfully clean, beautiful cabin that fit our needs. Porch has 2 rocking chairs which we used daily. Hot tub was great for soaking after hikes. You can hear the nearby traffic at night when sitting outside along with the sounds of the crickets. Nice little cabin community. Has community outdoor game area as well. "
