"I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand. "The room is very small but had a window (opened(!) a crack) and overlooked the park across the street. I stayed in The Roost which was a perfect size for me; a solo traveller. Two more square meters would really make it , because there’s really no place for luggage.
Check in is unique and it’s so sensible.
We set a wake up time and we kept hearing these fire engines and ambulances and thought it must be a bad event- then we realized it was the tv giving us the wake up call! Hilarious. Great location near the Tower and Tube stop"
