"Stayed this past weekend for 4 nights. There is NO AC. The lobby was great, they didn’t alert us there was no AC therefore the rooms felt humid and +85 degrees all day all night. They flat out omitted this simple detail. I asked them they said it was the heat wave. Yet the lobby was cool. The next morning I asked housekeeping they confirmed it’s been like that for a while. Like it was normal. I told them that was unacceptable. They told someone and brought us a old clunky fan that...

"My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights, we included breakfast with our stay and it was well worth it. The breakfast buffet was displayed beautifully every morning with little omelettes, an assortment of breads, pastries, deli meats and cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, yogurt and cereals. They had many freshly squeezed juices, flavored water, drip coffee or served espresso directly from their bar. The service of the staff was excellent, they were friendly and helpful. "The room was always clean. The personnel were very helpful. The bathroom had a strange configuration with the toilet down the hall from the sink and shower. And there were no towel racks and not much storage space for our clothes. That is the only reason for 4 stars rather than 5. Otherwise it was a very nice room with air conditioning during a horrible heat wave. It was nice to have restaurants on the property. And it was near the tube and train station."

"Clean, decent room, amazing to have AC. The AC did make a racket sometimes, and rooms pressurized from it so doors would suck shut or bang in their frames. Just a noise warning to other travellers. Well worth the AC."

"The hotel and the staff were great. The only advise I would give staff is that when people check in to just inform them of how the lifts work (as you need to use your room card key to work them) and how to switch the air con on in the room (took us an hour to suss out we had to press a button on the top of the panel to turn it on).
