"Night/morning lady was exceptionally nice and professional. You need to make her a manager. I notified her of someone smoking weed on my floor. I forget her name, but she was incredibly professional, as were the rest, including the lady handling breakfast, who was extremely courteous."

"Loved the location of this hotel! Walking distance to all things in the Gulch as well as Broadway. Easy to get Ubers to further locations as well. 12th Ave S was only 2 miles away. The room was perfect for a 3 night stay. Nice bathrooms and showers. The staff was friendly and the acoustic musician in the lobby was a very nice and unexpected touch. Would definitely stay there again. "

"The stay was excellent! The room was spotless, quiet, and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to be kind and accommodating, and check-in was quick and easy. The location is convenient to restaurants and shops, and everything felt safe and well-maintained. Definitely one of the better Baymont experiences I’ve had."

"Location is fantastic, right off Broadway but nicely set back so it’s not too noisy. Property was clean and had character. Bed very comfortable. Sink didn’t drain well and the air conditioning did an OK job but nothing great."

"Staff was super fun not basic and to the point they actually talked to us and made conversation. On one of the nights there our door battery died and within 20-30 minutes the emergency guy came and fixed it, again super funny and friendly. Clean room, great view, snacks, next to a liquor store to pregame as well as a roof top bar. Great place to stay for the price "
