"My son and I stayed here for a weekend to explore the fall leaf color. As a former VRBO host and a seasoned traveler, I can confidently say that this was my best stay ever. The studio is about one hour away from Grandfather Mountain and Ashville. We flew into Charlotte, which is also about an hour away. The drive to the property is pretty. For a more unique look at this rental, our two young daughters described this house as the perfect house. They pointed out the following: the number of drawers for all of their coloring books, the fancy glass door knobs, and a “trophy” in the living room that the house must have won for being the best house ever.
