Apartment at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains

We have a self-sustained basement apartment (built as an in-law suite) for rent. It has a King-sized bed, a Full Kitchen, Full Bath, High-Definition 43" flat screen TV and Washer & Dryer. The apartment has its own separate entrance with a digital lock. A Very Private, Comfortable get away. We include free high-speed internet, free movies and TV shows and Purified Water. We are located at the base of the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains. Boone and Appalachian University are only 40 minutes away. Blowing Rock, Hiking, sightseeing and watching the leaves change color is a short 1/2-hour drive North. Charlotte, NC is an hour South. Grandfather Mountain is only an hour away. We are located 2 miles off highway 321 for easy navigation to any of those areas. Downtown Lenoir is 10 minutes away, and The Coves River Club is only 20 minutes away.

Location of the property was great. Check in was super easy. Location is extremely quiet and just what I needed. The apartment had everything that I needed, and even things I didn't know I would need. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Lenoir.

Hidden Gem

I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this was by far the most organized, thoughtful rental. The owner provided excellent directions to the front door. You open the door to a welcoming foyer and then enter the studio space. This space was so well utilized. King bed, end tables, a two seater sofa, two chairs at the counter, full kitchen. They even provided milk in the fridge for the coffee!!!!! If I'm going to be picky the only thing I could not find was a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine!!!!! I hope we can return and explore the area more. It's a great location to day trip to Blowing Rock, Grandfather Mountain, Boone etc. Thank you so much for sharing you home. It was beautiful and relaxing.

This is an comfortable and affordable place to stay in the town of Lenoir, NC. It has a full-sized refrigerator and stove/oven along with a stackable washer and dryer. The apartment was clean and the owners are very accessible if anything is needed.

The "Apartment at the Base of the Blue Ridge Mountains" was wonderful. It is a mother-in-law suite located in the basement of the owner's home. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It has a complete kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, a king-sized bed, a full-sized stackable washing machine and dryer, and a full bath with walk-in shower (no bathtub). Vehicle parking is located directly in front of the private entrance which is mostly covered in case of rain (this was a great convenience several times during our stay). There is nothing negative that I can say about this apartment, and I would definitely stay here again when in the Lenoir, NC, area.

The place was really nice and homey. You had everything you need to feel like a home away from home. A kitchen area with a stove, a keurig, all the cookware you need, a very open sink to wash your dishes in, a fridge. The shower was really and had a bench which was to sit on and just let the water rain down on you, very relaxing. A comfortable bed and a tv with plenty of options for a movie or tv show. I would most definitely recommend to those traveling through, or even just wanting a little weekend getaway. I definitely plan on staying again sometime!

Lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The space is smartly appointed, and the bed is comfy. It is located close to Boone and the Blue Ridge Mountains. If we needed to come back to the area we would stay here again!
