The room was lovely and little touches like light coming on when you opened the cupboard & a night light in the bathroom added to the stay. Bed was soft and comfortable. Very pleasant stay with lovely staff and if we ever go up that was again, definitely high on our list to stay: just hope the weather is better :-)"

"Beautiful grounds, historic buildings and a well appointed and equipped spa helped us enjoy a luxurious and relaxing mini break. The full vegetarian breakfast was delicious and really well cooked - a nice bonus to have this included for a minimal extra charge. Tracy at breakfast and Gino in the evening were stand out members of staff but everyone we encountered was as helpful and friendly. Beth & Damon on reception gave us a warm welcome. "

"The breakfast menu was fresh and replenished throughout. The staff from reception to lifeguard go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable! The grounds and building itself is lovely though a little dated which has no impact on your actual stay. We used the pool and the temperature was a tad cool, but jacuzzi and sauna room was fantastic. Having said this the shower temperature in the leisure was piping hot and this area I believe needed some maintenance with painting etc. Overall a...
