A 3 1/2 * review. Staff helpful , only one bath towel for a room booked for two but was rectified very quickly, but corrupted key card so a trek back to reception . Same happened following day ! Went to the nec .11 mins away. clean rooms friendly staff .had a good dinner with a few drinks. Breakfast was good with alot to choose from and it was fresh 😋. I would stay at this hotel again if i visited Birmingham.

Everythink was clean and the breakfast option was amazing The only thing i didnt like was that ther was to many people in the pool and leisure facilities what ment that me and my partner couldnt use!!

I managed to shut it but then couldn't open it again, thankfully my daughter pushed it from the outside to let me out!
