The Arden Hotel & Leisure Club
We only ate the evening before our flight and it was OK we had to rise early to move the car as they said they were fully booked due to Crufts Dog Show.

Genting Hotel & Spa at Resorts World Birmingham
Room was clean & we had a superior room so mini bar and robes was included. Reception staff could have made us aware that the guest entrance to the spa was not open so that we wasn’t walking around public areas in our robes, & then we were told the spa was full even though we had checked before leaving ...
