"Rooms are lovely. But, upgrade to club room is pointless, pay for parking and pool access separately. At times on weekends the pool is unusable due to lane ropes and swimming lessons. Every exchange with staff felt like the guests were an inconvenience."

"The hotel has plenty to offer. The only downside was no Aircon on a particularly hot evening and the inability to open the windows wide enough to let any air in. There was a fan provided but it didn't have the power to make a difference. Otherwise a good venue."
