Appalling service. Don’t bother upgrading to ‘Deluxe’ There is NO difference. The rooms are dated and tatty. BEWARE the £115 HOLDING charge ! Staff way to run ragged and stressed. EV charging non existent NO SIGNAL to be able to connect the APP. A car blocked the charger for TWO days and the staff done NOTHING about it !
