"We stayed here from 10–14 September and unfortunately the accommodation was significantly different from what was advertised on Expedia/Vrbo. It was listed as a finished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment for up to 6 guests, but the reality fell well short and we were instead provided an apartment for 2 guests. The accommodation was clearly not properly prepared either. On arrival at 9pm, only one small bathroom was available, the shower drained very slowly, hot water was initially lukewarm, and...

Cuenta...

"The unit was clean and had all the conveniences we needed. The communication with rental was terrible, I emailed them 3-4 different times to the addresses listed during and after the rental. I rented on VRBO but another company handled the booking and possibly a third company manages it locally. No one responded. I tried to change my rental dates before the deadline to change it and no one responded so I spent a lot more than I planned and left the unit empty for days without recourse. "

"The property location is convenient if you work the Metro. Very close to Colombia Metro station, el Mercado de Chamartín y La Terraza del abuelo. 15 minutes from Bernabeu stadium. Couple of other bars and Aldi around the corner. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Towels and linens a bit rough. Communication with owner was great. We stayed twice. Value for the property was very good."

"The apartment worked well for a party of five. Clean, incredibly convenient, and in a quiet residential neighborhood well- served by the metro and within short distances to other parts of the city."

"The host was responsive and had everything ready. Easy to check in and out, and the location made it easy to access the metro system and many options for food and drinks. The property was clean and well maintained and organized with all the essentials."
