"The apartment was easy to locate and access, with a convenient contactless check-in process. The space itself was beautiful, spacious, well-designed, and luxurious. It featured a full-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a clean bathroom, all of which made for a comfortable stay. However, there were a few issues that impacted the overall experience.

"Upon arrival, we observed a lack of cleanliness, including dust on the television and furniture, as well as under the bed. Furthermore, no toiletries were provided, the bed linens contained significant hair and debris, and a used razor was found in the shower; consequently, I believe the property’s standard of cleanliness was insufficient. We had to wash the sheets and clean up a little to comfortably stay in the property."

"I did not receive check-in information prior to my arrival day because the host claimed to be having trouble with Vrbo. The digital locks were not consistently working so I found myself locked out of the apartment when I didn’t have a key Most important is that the apartment I rented it’s not the same as the photographs on the Vrbo site. The location is good"
