There’s construction in the next door apartment and the apartment above, so if you like to sleep in after 8:00 it’s really noisy. "Stayed 2 nights during the hottest days in summer. The apartment was very clean. Friendly suggestion to provide soap and shampoo in the bathroom, and coffee/tea for short stays. We are used to that in US a it didn’t make sense for us to go shopping. AC wasn’t enough to cool the apartment but it was understandable when it was 40 * C outside. Apartment is in great location. Great communication with owner. Thank you!"

"The property was well equipped and comfortable. After requesting my reservation with VRBO, I got confusing emails which eventually wound up in me not paying with VRBO but with a Barcelona travel agency. That agency would not give me the address of my rental nor instructions on how to access the key. "We would like to formally request a significant refund of a portion of our stay. This apartment is definitely not as described in the listing (and our neighbors next door who rented from you also had similar issues and open a formal inquiry) - for many reasons: + the pool was not able to be used until Friday (we checked in Tuesday) and even then not clean + the washer/dryer handle is broken and not able to open - we were required to take all of our laundry to a laundromat and pay to launder it...
