"The staff were really great and super helpful throughout the stay. The only issue was that it could get pretty noisy at night. You could hear the water running through the pipes whenever someone took a shower, and there wasn’t much sound insulation between the bathroom and the room. Other than that, everything was good and the staff made the stay very pleasant."

"First time here, I believe the hotel only opened at the start of 2026. The hotel itself is very nice, all very modern and nice looking. Rooms aren’t huge but all clean :) My key stopped working and you have to use your key to use the lifts so I was stuck on floor 19…I walked down the stairs…to find you need a key to access the reception floor so I went back up to the gym and asked a randomer to press the lift to 0 for me. "Myself and my partner stayed here for 4 nights and we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel room. The room was clean, the staff are friendly and it’s a stones throw away from the Colosseum and the Trevi fountain, as well as plenty of places to eat. It also has doors you can unlock through your phone rather than bringing a key card with you which we found very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Rome!"

"Overall positive experience. However, room was a bit cramped (we did have a cot which took up space but even despite it, not the most spacious). Would have been helpful to have some ledges/shelves for opening suitcases. Location was great, close to walk to many cool things to see and make it back to the hotel for our baby to nap.
