"The staff at the hotel were extremely accommodating for all our needs. The rooftop terrace with complementary drinks/snacks was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. The metro station is less than a block away-so convenient! If you are planning on using laundry service be sure to check the pricing ahead of time, very expensive. Five days of clothing for 2 was $267! Overall great location, would stay here again."

"Upon arrival, the guys came out to open the taxi door, they brought our luggage inside and waited for us to walk in. The front desk staff was friendly and since we were early, they offered to watch our luggage. Since one of our rooms was ready, we threw all the luggage inside there. The front desk staff gave us two free drinks so we could wait at the bar while our rooms were finishing getting ready. The restaurant and bar were great.
