"Muysusio la bañera y las sábanas manchadas"

"Was a clean place in a safe area. My main complaint is that there was no warm water running in the shower."

"We like to feel at home when we travel, so an apartment/hotel with a full kitchenette is our choice. And the Court Square fit the bill. Conveniently located across the street from the Court Square subway hub, it was a snap to travel into Manhattan or Brooklyn in minutes. The staff was super responsive and helped out when a we needed an extra chair or towels. We were comfortable, but the large room is a little cold in terms of decor (all black and white, only one piece of stark abstract art...

"It was a great experience."

"When my wife and I arrived, we found that the property was not as described in the photos. There is no sofa / sitting area. The trash cans had trash in them, and there was trash on the floor. We were only provided one bath towel and one roll of toilet paper for a 5 night stay. Additionally, upon booking, I received an email to pay directly to a 3rd party company named Belvilla. I contacted Vrbo about the issues above and they were not very helpful. Then I contacted Belvilla and...

"We definitely would be back to this hotel. It was very well located."

"キッチンが綺麗。冷蔵庫、電子レンジも綺麗。バスタブが浅かったのが、唯一のマイナスでした。"

"We stayed here during Halloween and marathon time, so price was steeper than I would have wanted to pay. Once in our room, we felt it was clean and safe. However, check-in is all done through a QR code which was not clearly stated when booking. There is no one present to speak with if you need service. We had cold water in the showers, and a bag with dessert in it was thrown out. And there was zero service to help us deal with it. While it was clean, I would not stay here again."

"A very large and spacious apartment - plenty of room for a family of four (could sleep six), a fantastic base for a sightseeing trip in NYC. Plenty of shops and amenities nearby, a five minute walk to the subway and a ten minute walk to Central Park. Communication with the host was excellent and the use of Door app for entry and access to a luggage holding room for our arrival/departure days meant we could make the most of our time in the city. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here...

"Fine room, perfect location. I had arranged late checkout and went out my last morning. When I returned to get my bags the room door code had already changed. No one answered the phone # but luckily a helpful lady was cleaning next door and my pitiful Spanish was good enough to ask her to open the door for me."

"I was there in the summer, and it was a little hot. The AC is good you just have to wait about a half hour to feel it working after you turn it on. Also the main lights are from the kitchen and the bathroom, but there is a floor lamp and two windows that help keep things lit. The bathroom was really nice and the water pressure was good. The bed is super comfy and the tv was the perfect size for watching fifa!"

"The room was clean and in a great location. The apartment is only accessible via staircase. The hosts are responsive and helpful. Thanks!"

"There’s construction going on in the building but it wasn’t an issue. Location is great! Compared to other hotel rooms for the price it was quite large. I would stay here again."

"Everything was great"

"Excelente estadía, buena ubicación, precio y calidad acorde a lo pagado."

"The central location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. However, the soundproofing was poor, and it was quite noisy late at night and into the early morning, sometimes as late as 2 am. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the facilities felt a bit old, and there were some stains on the carpet and bedding. Also, we were required to pay a cleaning fee at check-in and could not check in without paying it."
