"Checking in was very difficult.
The attendant was busy chatting on the phone.
The hotel charged an extra $35 which was NOT listed by Expedia.
I spent too much time just to get the room access code!
The hallway was dirty.
The air conditioner in the room was noisy and woke me up all the time.
The storage cabinets most of them did not work.
The lobby was not attended well.
This is the worst hotel I ever stayed."

"The place was great, perfect location for our trip for a show at MSG. Very clean and comfortable. Only thing is there weren’t any washcloths, so bring your own. Maybe you can request some after you get there though, we didn’t try."

"Loved the room! Small but perfect for what we needed. With 5 people staying, more hooks for towels and a hand towel would be helpful. Great location! A few blocks from MSG, Empire State Building and more"
