"We really enjoyed our time here. We coordinated with the host to let them know our arrival time, and even though we arrived a little later than planned they were still there waiting at the reception desk to show us around our apartment. The host who greeted us was so friendly and helpful in providing suggestions about the local area and cuisine. It was so nice to have such a warm welcome after 16 exhausting hours of travel. There are lots of stairs to access the property and she carried our heavy bags both up and down. She also arranged a home delivery meal for us as we were both tired from our travels. "
