Sandra was a brilliant host. Very clear and took me around the whole property being super friendly. She kept in touch and supported me when checking out. The property was quiet, peaceful, I had a lovely balcony, where I sat and had pizza from Medini and a beer. The bedding and sofa were super clean and fresh and I had lots of clean and fresh towels and the aircon was really strong and cool which I needed in the hot summer. The bathroom was very clean, and the shower was hot and excellent. This is a lovely homey hub to use for walks down to Znjan beach and around the area. Also easy to get in and out of town and to other beaches - Ubers and food delivery found me easily. Great place

Parfait

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I genuinely feel the need to express how amazing our stay has been. From the moment we arrived, Sandra made us feel incredibly welcome. She is one of the friendliest, kindest, and most accommodating hosts we’ve ever had. Nothing was too much trouble, and she genuinely cares about making sure her guests have the best possible experience. The apartment itself is fantastic. It has absolutely everything you could need, and it’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel at home. From shampoo and toiletries to a washing machine with washing powder provided, fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, pans, and everything needed to cook a proper meal, every little detail has been considered. It really felt like a home away from home rather than just a place to stay. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location, making it the perfect base for our trip. It exceeded our expectations in every way. If I could leave a higher rating I would !!!! Recommend anyone who is visiting split to stay here you will feel right at home <3

The hostess Sandra is exceptional, she is very attentive and makes sure everything is ok. The apartment is very clean but the decor is dated. The issue is location. It is quite a distance from the Old town, so we had to get taxis all the time, which adds to the cost of the holiday. There is nothing in the area as it's residential. The nearby beach is closed so the next beach is not walkable in the heat.

The apartment was nice, well kept and clean. The ammenities provided were excellent and the pool was also a great addition to the property. The hosts were easily contacted and very welcoming. They provided me with a detailed description of the city, sites and beaches to visit. Property is in a great location in terms of its proximity to the beach (<10 min walk), to nearby shops, the bus station and the old town (5-10 min Uber ride). Had a great experience during my stay will be returning next time I am in Split.

PERKS - Sandra is an extremely hospitable and attentive host. She allowed us to check in early. We were not very careful to read the apartment description and were hoping to make our morning espresso in a moka pot. After we found out that there was no heating plate in our apartment, Sandra was making us coffee with her own coffee machine in her apartment (and bringing it to our door every morning)! - The apartment is very clean with all amenities and a lot of towels - Znjan beach is 10-15 min walk away and it’s the most beautiful and comfortable beach we have seen in Split THINGS TO CONSIDER - I don’t know if it’s possible to find a quiet place to stay in Split, but this is not it in case you’re looking for one... There is a church bell tower nearby ringing almost every morning at 7 am or 8 am (even on weekends!). Also, the apartments have paper walls so you can hear every movement of your neighbours - Swimming pool is only open from 9.00 am - Only 1 weekly cleaning is included, if you want more you have to pay extra

Home stay

Sandra the host is very welcoming, she's on site and introduced us the area, map and bus route when check-in. We stayed in one of the three rooms on the first floor, you can hear some noise from the other guests when people are in and out. During our 2-nite stay was quiet. The room is basic and very clean. Everything in the room works well, there's a fridge, cups, kettle and hair dryer. Towels are provided. A small pool is available for use, it wasn't busy during our time. 5-min drive or 20-min walk to the nearest Znjan Beach. 20-min Uber to Split town centre.

Beautiful and calm!

After a very stressful day of traveling, this beautiful appartementencomplex was exactly what we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and pleasant. The room was very very clean, spacious and comfortable. The garden with swimming pool and beautiful fruit threes and multiple places to sit was a blessing. But what made this place the best, was the host. Anna! We hade a wonderful stay, we wish you the best. Thank you for your care and attention. You made a very hard day better for us. We hope to see you next time! We will definitely stay here again!
