"This place was the closest thing to paradise that my family has ever been to. Every amenity was there, the instructions were very clear, and the location was better than we could have imagined."

"Not even close to as advertised. When I arrived the house was dirty, pictures of the pool area were inaccurate, and communication with the property owner was lackluster to say the least. Had trouble getting into the house because all of the locks are antiquated and terrible. Once in the house was very dirty and lacking amenities the other two homes during my stay offered. "Great house for a family with older children. Loved having all the different bedrooms and bathrooms. The host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. We loved the open concept, but it took a little getting used to the bugs that visit. ;)The pool was great, as were the views of the volcano. We would definitely stay here again."
