"Our needs were very well met. The pool activities were great fun. i enjoyed the Salsa and Merengue dance class with Ashley and Gustavo and the pool water aerobics classes were great fun. Lulu and others were great instructors. I am on some medicine that needs refrigeration, and the staff brought me a medical refrigerator so I could get my medicine during the stay. "This was an amazing place to stay if you are looking for great location, delicious breakfast included, beautiful and helpful staff always smiling and willing to help when needed, great restaurants on grounds, amazing pool with a spectacular view, and monkeys, sloths, toucans, and other wildlife daily....I could not have asked for a better place!! "I stayed at Si Como No Resort, Spa & Wildlife Refuge from February 19–22. When we arrived, the room was not set up for three guests and we had to wait while staff prepared it and request extra towels. After returning home, I discovered several personal belongings missing. The hotel later confirmed that my sneakers had been left in the room and were initially mislabeled during room turnover before being found in lost-and-found. However, the jewelry items were never located and the hotel declined...

"Included breakfast was delicious and the free guided tour on the property where you could walk on hanging bridges and see an abundance of wildlife was a bonus. Our guide Jose was very informative. We learned that a nearby tree was housing toucan babies and were fortunate enough to watch the mama toucan fly in and out of the tree. The room was small but the views were incredible. Overall a great stay. "

Tours booked via the hotel were excellent and we appreciated the recourse when one of our tours did not work out. Really loved the upper sunset deck. Restaurant was decent.
