The staff was fantastic! Although our initial room wasn't clean, the manager quickly upgraded us to a better one. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the free tour was amazing! Out of all the places that we traveled to in Costa Rica, this was the only place that we spotted sloths. 10/10 ☆'s would visit again.

If you are staying in the Manuel Antonio Park area, we recommend at least one night here. The view from our room was SPECTACULAR! We took a hike around the property which include an series of aerial bridges as well as trails below. During dinner we were treated to a dinner show of a troup of monkeys climbing through the treetops. As the restaurant balcony was a treetop level we had a great vantage point. And as we were heading to our room, the hotel host pointed out a sloth hanging in a tree next to the hotel (again at eye level). We have seen more wildlife in the wild in our first 6 hours here than we have the previous 10 days in Costa Rica. And we haven't even taken the FREE walking tour of the grounds yet. Has been beyond expectations!

¡Qué experiencia tan increíble la que vivimos en Mountain Top Park. La habitación con vista a la montaña y un amanecer espectacular parece ser el complemento perfecto para conectar con la naturaleza desde el primer momento del día. El avistamiento de guacamayas, loros y changos durante el desayuno suena como un recuerdo inolvidable, lleno de vida y color. Es especialmente emocionante saber que José, nuestro guía, hizo que el recorrido a través de los puentes colgantes fuese tan especial. No solo explorar esas alturas fue emocionante, sino también descubrir las maravillas naturales que ofrece el lugar, como el avistamiento de un oso perezoso, algo que seguramente fue un punto culminante en la ñor experiencia. Mountain Top Park parece ser un destino ideal para los amantes de la naturaleza, la aventura y los momentos tranquilos disfrutando del esplendor del entorno. Es un sitio que combina belleza escénica, comodidad y contacto directo con la fauna y flora local. ¡Qué afortunado fuimos de vivirlo!

The Mountain Top Park Hotel is great, located at the highest point of Manuel Antonio, you have a spectacular 360 view. The rooms are very clean, good size and again, have an amazing view. They have 4 pathways throughout the huge property where you can see tons of wild animals. Surprisingly, they also have 8 hanging bridges across the whole property (and I believe also ziplines). You can do a free guided tour (twice a day; 7am or 9:15am) or explore the paths and hanging bridges on your own. The guided tour was great, we saw Toucans, Capuchin monkeys, frogs and more during the 1.5 hours tour. The included breakfast is really good (fruits, cereal, juices, eggs, toast, rice & beans, sausage and more) and is from 7am to 9am. The restaurant has Happy Hour and good food but the best is the ocean view and sunset you can see from it. The staff is really friendly, helpful and striving to make your stay great. Overall a very cool experience and a very special property, that I would certainly book again.

The staff spoke English and that was very beneficial. William took great care of us getting us up and down the hill to get our shuttles. There was always someone there to help and answer questions. Can’t wait to see it when your pool is finished.

I had a wonderful stay, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was fenomenal Everything was fresh and well prepared. The room was clean and had stunning views, we also got to see monkeys and other animals around the property. Highly recommend this place! They also offer a free tour through the hanging bridges, our tour guide Jose was incredibly knowledgeable of the nature and animals (don’t skip the tour!)

Hotel is very neat/clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We got to see sloths on the hotel property and the tour of the hotel property with the trails was very informative. Breakfast was also filling with good continental and costa rican options. The entire experience with this hotel was wonderful. Views were amazing.

This hotel was set in its own beautiful jungle with a tremendous set of hanging bridges around the perimeter - a unique setting that attracted a variety of animals and birds including Capuchin Monkeys and a nesting pair of Toucans. William, the Manager, was a charming gentleman who took great pains to ensure our needs were fully met. The room was clean and had tremendous views

We loved our stay here. The views are incredible. We stayed in the Mountain View room and at breakfast you get the ocean view so we got the best of both worlds. One of the best parts was the tour in the hotel park. They have hanging bridges which give you much closer access to the animals. We saw several sloths and monkeys. We actually saw more animals here than at the national park. The staff is lovely. I truly recommend it.

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Toller Blick von der Bar zum Sonnenuntergang. Tolle gratis Führung durch den Park. Man hat zwei Affenarten gesehen, mehrere Faultiere, Tukane, Frösche und Papageien. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer im unteren Gebäude ein bisschen hellhörig.

The view was absolutely amazing and we loved the room. William was very informative and showed us a Tucan that was in the tree when we 1st arrived. The next morning while eating breakfast we saw a sloth in the tree. Would definitely recommend this place.

We loved our stay at this hotel - we stayed 9 days total. Every day was a joy! We loved the people who worked there: Emzo, William,Chris, Jose... all so helpful and always very kind. They helped with all recommendations for local fun activities. We didnt know anything about the area but ended up having every day packed with something thanks to them! The breakfast was the same every day but simple and fresh. So many monkeys would come for breakfast every morning! You dont even have to look for them. we saw sloths too. We loved their free nature tours around the property- Jose was great! Hanging bridges were fun! Their restaurant for dinner was our favorite spot. Best views of sunset and sunrise! Although you can also find other options for dinner but we loved our restaurant. And would come there almost every evening. The food was delicious! Our waiter Eric was the best. The rooms were clean and the cleaning lady was always helping us with anything we asked for. This place is very safe and conveniently located close to everything. If i m back in the srea, i will stay with them again!

My stay at Mountain Top Hotel in Manuel Antonio was beyond exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the pristine, modern facilities and the warm hospitality of the staff. A special shout-out to Chris, Emzo, and Jose, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable! The property itself is a paradise, offering stunning views of the mountains, ocean, and lush rainforest. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast while being visited by playful monkeys, vibrant macaws, and majestic toucans—a truly magical experience. One of the highlights of our weeklong stay was having full access to the hotel's private nature trails and seven breathtaking hanging bridges, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the beauty of the surrounding landscape. Mountain Top Hotel provided the perfect blend of luxury, adventure, and relaxation. I will never forget our time here and highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone visiting Manuel Antonio!
