"I spent two weeks travelling in Panama and Costa Rica. This was my last spot and I clearly saved the best for last! The cabins were perfect, I had the best nap of my life in the hammock outside. The area around the property was beautiful and forested, with a beautiful smell of pine. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - I didn’t have much time before my trip to plan things and they were able to help me set up some great activities (night walk, coffee tour, etc). "Super Option für einen Zwischenstopp auf der Fahrt gen Süden oder Norden. Wir haben hier zwei Nächte verbracht, sehr hoher Standard. Tolle Komfort, super Ausstattung, an alles gedacht und sehr neu und qualitativ hochwertig. Es war unsere einzige Unterkunft in Costa Rica, die einen Standmixer vorrätig hatte.. Kontakt zur (Self-Check-in)Unterkunft via Messenger funktionierte problemlos und sehr schnell. Das Personal vor Ort war super freundlich."

"Private cottage with bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. Great porch with jungle view. Friendly staff, beautiful grounds with walking trails, lots of birds and wildlife. Large fridge, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee maker(no coffee)/kettle and all the cookware/dishes needed to eat in. Paper towel, dish soap and sponge/cloths provided. Locked gated entrance with access code at night. Quick drive to town and attractions. Great spot for a couple of nights or an extended stay. "

"We love this spot. Came here pre kid 15 ish years ago and returned with our 9 year old. There is a new building but the vibe is the same. Walkable uphill and downhill to restaurants but certainly stay and try the onsite at Sloth. The food was lovely. "

"If you are interested in a rustic experience in a beautiful, family owned quaint hotel on a private farm, this is the place to stay in MonteVerde. The Family runs the hotel and they were the nicest people ever. Very accommodating and very knowledgeable about the area in terms of activities as well as places to eat if you're interested in local cuisine, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visit MonteVerde for a true, local experience. My entire family had an incredible experience here."
