"The property is amazing! I have been traveling to Costa Rica since 1990 and I can tell you Canavida is one of the best values ever. "Loved our stay, even though it rained almost every late afternoon it did not spoil any of our excursions, we had a wonderful time, the house was perfect for such a large group, the outdoor kitchen was so cozy loved the monkeys that greeted us every morning loved the view in the eve."

"The Villa was as advertised with spectacular views of the jungle and ocean off in the distance. The rooms had A/C and kitchen was very well stocked. Very close to a major supermarket and many towns with excellent restaurants so you have the option of eating at home or going out. "We (4 adults) enjoyed our stay very much. Finding this hidden treasure off the main road was a little difficult the first time, but we learned the visual landmarks quickly. We felt VERY secure inside the Suites and it was quiet and relaxing. Located in a neighborhood, we had very pleasant interactions with the local residents and frequented the grocery store nearby. David, the Manager, was WONDERFUL with communication and photos showing us where to park, how to gain entrance and get to our rooms...

"I’m still blown away by the beauty of the property! After experiencing the busyness of the beach area, this more remote location was definitely our preference. There are beautiful hikes on the property, and the bonus was the waterfall/swimming hole. We enjoyed an evening hike with Jose who knew so much about the plants and animals native to Costa Rica.
