"As we arrived in the morning the apartment was not quite ready, however the reception had a small room where we were allowed to freshen up, which was great. They were very accommodating and efficient. When we requested additional towels and toilet rolls, these were provided fairly quickly. Rooms were also cleaned as and when you leave the sign on the door. The hot tub in the room was brilliant and the highlight of this apartment. Location was pretty good too, local shops and restaurants,...

"This Hotel has amazing, friendly and helpful staff that will do whatever is needed for you to enjoy your stay. Located in the heart of all the action in Valencia, this hotel with excellent air conditioning and an incredible bed, is perfect for those that want to step out the front door and be in the middle of things. With great restaurants steps away and fantastic sights right around the corner, you are sure to enjoy your stay here :) ."

"The apartment was fine for a few nights, but the cleaner had left laundry on the kitchen table and in the washing machine. I contacted the property twice to inform them, but they did not reply at all. It's not a big deal in reality, more of a customer service issue that should have been at least acknowleged. The other issue with this apartment is that it's in an old building, there is a heavy musty smell throughout and the walls are paper thin. You can hear the neighbors every more - talking,...

"Clean and pleasant property, a stone's throw from the beach. Great air con and easy-to-reach hosts."
