"Lovely place. Friendly host. Nice big room and the cleanest B&B we ever stayed in. Super comfy big bed. Great views of the surrounding area. Lovely being able to sit outside Was great we could do our laundry. Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. Overall a very pleasant stay. Thank you."

"Nikki is the ultimate hostess , OMG, she was so hospitable, allowing us full access to her cherry tree, cooking us delicious breakfasts, refilling our coffees, always asking if we needed anything, the king size bed with AC unit and fan, I slept like a baby the 2 nights we were there, one of the most enjoyable AIR BNB's my wife and I stayed at, would highly recommend the Chirping Cricket to anyone to share in our most wonderful stay experience. "The host was very pleasant and quite thorough in explaining on the nuances of the property. Other guests were quiet although I was only there the one night while visiting family. The room and other amenities were clean. There are pretty gardens throughout the property as well. Note that there is only the bottom sheet and comforter on the bed and no top sheet, in addition although there are california shutters on the lower part of the window, but the 5 am sun lights the room up in the morning...

"My room was huge and the bathroom was also a great size. I had everything I needed including a large TV, kettle and a fan/air con unit. The property is in a very nice area which is quiet and also very safe for solo travellers. It was an easy walk to shops and restaurants as well as the river trails."
