"1番はパディントン駅からのアクセスの良さ。部屋は広くないが、1日中観光に繰り出すため、ホテルに重きを置かない場合は十分。特にシャワーは水がよく出るし、他の海外のシャワーに比べてとても使いやすかった。他の人のレビューにもあるように、部屋の番号は分かりづらいが慣れれば大丈夫。部屋に向かう途中に階段があるため、荷物の移動は大変だと思った。"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. They assisted us with more than one thing during our stay, especially one woman who works there and a young man named Hani, who was exceptionally helpful.
The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Whatever we asked for, they provided right away. Their warm attitude and great service made our stay even better.
Highly recommended!"

"Good sized clean room, nice upgrade.
Excellent location for tube, felt safe in just a short walk from station.
Basic breakfast.
Lots of fast food in the area and convenience stores.
Quiet at the back of the hotel away from the road. Great staff
Will stay here again at the right price

"The staff has been the kindest I’ve ever talked to, we had issues with our flight due to terrible weather conditions and they still waited for us to arrive safe and sound. I cannot thank them enough for all their help and understanding with our situation"
