Victoria Diagonal Mar is a luxurious 140 square meters duplex penthouse with 4 double bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms and a toilet. This apartment also has two small terraces that can be accessed from the living room and from the rooms.

On the top floor we find the kitchen, the living room, a double bedroom and a guest toilet.

All parquet floors are of tropical timber. Three sliding hardwood doors, floor to ceiling, separates the three environments.

The living room is about 30 square meters with enough breadth and space to enjoy your stay. You can appreciate the panoramic views of the city through its large windows.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all modern amenities and has an office so that guests have a better stay in Barcelona.

The lower floor is accessed by a large fully lined wooden staircase.

Downstairs are two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a suite with bathroom and walk-in closet.

This floor also has a small area with washer and dryer.

The apartment has all the modern entertainment equipment: TV, DVD, WiFi, and the necessary appliances such as washing machine, dryer, dishwashers, central heating, air conditioning, etc.

Whether for a business trip or family vacation, this beautiful apartment is ideal for your visit to Barcelona.

This apartment has private parking for one car included in the price.

Informative notes: 1) Victoria Diagonal Mar is inside Barcelona city in a residential area and the nightly rest of other neighbors must be respected. In order to respect the neighbours there is a decibel detector. 2) The property has a 200 liters hot water tank 3) The person who signs the contract upon arrival has to be older than 25 years. 4) Only the number of guests specified in the client's booking is allowed to stay overnight at the property. If any additional guest stays overnight, an extra charge will apply.

For all our guests we provide: 3 sets of keys, bed sheets, one bath towel, one hand towel per person, one hair dryer per bathroom, iron, ironing board, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, kitchen tools, crockery and cutlery.

The apartment is located a few minutes by subway from the old town of Barcelona. This area is relatively new and is the result of a great job, from its architecture to finished high quality construction in the surrounding area, which offers a wide selection of bars, cafe / restaurant and one of the largest parks in Barcelona with attractions for children.

The area has a fresh and cozy atmosphere, with excellent connections: subway and tram, providing access to Historical Center. Also the city center of Barcelona is within reach at all times.

The building where the apartment is located, has been newly constructed and its presentation is modern and luxurious.

The wonderful beaches of Barcelona are just 15 minutes walking, a nice option for a ride.

Just 12 minutes walking you will find two large commercial centers called Diagonal Mar and Glories.

Great stay for large families

Great roomy apartment suitable for large families. Our check in host Marco was very responsive and obliging. He arranged all our taxi transfers which were seamless. We enjoyed the location, it was in a quieter neighbourhood but with lovely restaurants, playground, bakery, pharmacy and supermarkets within easy reach. Bonus was to be able to walk to the beach and two shopping malls. We like to explore by foot so walked to Gothic Quarter (50mins) but there is the option of bus and tram stops very close to the building.

Wonderful stay for a family

Our first time visiting Spain and chose this home for the location and amenities. The unit matches the listing and the beds were very comfortable for each of us including the 6month old in her provided baby cot! Beds are on the medium-firm side which is great for our sore legs walking through the city all day. Marco took care of scheduling a taxi for check in and check out, which was perfect for so much luggage. The home is walking distance from the beach, Diagonal Mar mall, Torre Glòries mall, and you can easily rent gear through Barcelona and have it delivered or picked up. Lots of super markets and shops around you for essentials. There is ALWAYS food available at any time of day in Barcelona which we love so much and easily accessible from the home. Marco was easy to communicate with and the home was quiet and perfect for our family. Highly recommend especially traveling with a baby, the unit comes well prepared with amenities.

10 days holiday

Our family stay 10 days in that marvelous flat on the last floor of a modern building. Marco that is in charge of the flat is perfect. You can contact him any time (we tested it!) He is giving you good advise and taking care of you during your stay. The flat is well located (beach, mall, restaurant) you may use as you want your car or the public transport that are just at some meters of the flat.

Good location

We were attending a conference at the convention centre and enjoyed the 20 minute walk to the centre. We were happy with the apartment and the few minor issues were quickly dealt back with by Marco. We would recommend that the owner consider adding some grab bars in the bathrooms and make the last step of the circular staircase more obvious

Eine sehr schöne und saubere wohnung. Wir waren mit der ausstattung sehr zufrieden!

Unser aufenthalt war durch die geschlossene U Bahn station beeindrechtigt. Wir sind fast immer mit dem Taxi gefahren um an unsere Ziele zu kommen. Zum Glück ist das taxi fahren in Barcelona nicht so teuer.( Grossraumtaci mit 6 Personen)

Great apartment and management team

6 of us stayed at the apartment as we were attending a local sporting event. The apartment itself was fantastic, really clean and offered everything we needed. Marco contacted me ahead of our stay to make contact and arrange to meet us on arrival. We didn’t need to contact Marco throughout our stay as everything was perfect, however the offer was there from him, which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend the apartment to others. The location was great too as our event was at Mar Bella beach which was 5 mins walk away.

Location, Size, Security, and a whole lot more

Girls trip so this 4 bedroom 2.5 bath apartment gave us each our own room and wonderfully large bathrooms to easily share. Three bedrooms and both baths downstairs really allowed for privacy, and comfort. Living room, dining area and kitchen were perfect in size, cleanliness and equipment. Half bath did the upstairs sleeper was perfect. The sun pours in the 12th floor apartment each morning, loads of fresh air too. Secure building with a video door bell added extra comfort. Steps from the Diagonal and the Tram, a few quick blocks from the Metro. A SuperMercat around the corner but hit the CarreFore at The Glories for your regular foodshop for price and selection. Walking distance and the whole mall is worth a visit. Less than half mile walk to the beach which we ran a few times during our stay. Perfect conditions. Management were super helpful, very responsive to my many questions, professional and 100% accurate. Check in and Check out were a breeze. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this apartment. These four American women came away with no complaint.

Nice apartment close to conference

This is a great 4 bedroom condo. It was clean and quiet at night. I was met at the apartment to be given keys and instruction. Bathtub was nice and bed was comfy. Good views of BCN. Dog park below so you do hear dogs barking slot during the day. About a 45 minute walk to old city but a quick walk to the metro line 4 which gets you down there easily.
