This magnificent and unique apartment is a penthouse from where you can contemplate the entire city of Barcelona, an observation point from which you can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset.

Furthermore, it is located next to the city's green lung, surrounded by parks such as Parc de les Aigües, Parc del Guinardó, and the magnificent Parc Güell designed by Gaudí.

You will love the apartment as it is cozy, beautiful, recently renovated, spacious, quiet, outward-facing with plenty of natural light, and incredible views from all rooms. Additionally, you can enjoy the terrace with views from Montjuïc to Tibidabo.

All three BEDROOMS are very cozy and comfortable (memory foam mattresses). There are two singles and one double with direct access to the terrace. All of them have good views of the city, allowing you to wake up with the sunrise or go to sleep with the sunset.

The KITCHEN is fully equipped with everything you may need: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. And with views of the sea!

The DINING ROOM is spacious and bright. It is designed for you to relax while watching the 55" high-definition TV or working in a study area that we have carefully set up. It comes with high-speed fiber optic internet connection.

For your comfort, the apartment has HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING.

The rental price includes bed linen and towels. Optionally, you can contract periodic or one-time cleaning services.

UTILITIES. The rental price includes Wi-Fi connection. Regarding gas, electricity, and water utilities, there is a monthly limit of 120€. At the end of the rental period, any potential difference would be adjusted accordingly.
