The Space:
My stylish 1 bedroom apartment is the perfect base when visiting Barcelona Conveniently located in the exciting area of Gracia and with great transport links, you’ll be right in the hub of the city but able to escape the hustle and bustle!

The living area is light and airy with a beautiful, modern design and lovely finishing touches. Relax on the sofa, hang out with your friends, make yourself at home! It’s a welcoming and inviting space where you can kickback.
The sofa is also a sofa-bed for 2, so the place is up to 4 people.
If cooking is your thing, you’re going to love spending time in the stylish kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use - you’ll enjoy showing off your culinary skills here! There’s even a welcome pack stuffed full of coffee, tea and Catalan delicacies.

The master bedroom has a super comfortable double bed and, with fresh luxury linens, what more do you need for a good night’s sleep? You don’t have to live out of your suitcase; plenty of storage room means you can get unpacking and start feeling at home right away.

Freshen up in the lovely bathroom. White fluffy towels and shampoo are provided! My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in Gràcia, which is a trendy neighbourhood in the centre of Barcelona. You will be located in a charming area, with restaurant and cafés. You will be just 5/7 minutes away from Paseo de Gracia.

Getting Around:
Close to the apartment is the FONTANA subway station, part of the green line (L3) that will take you directly to the centre as well as to the beach and many other touristic attractions. From the airport, you can take the Aerobus to Plaça Espanya and there change to the subway station, part of this green line.

Other Things to Note:
Thank you for your interest in my apartment! To offer you and all our guests a pleasant stay please consider the following:

Check-in time is from 3 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. Please note that if you need a late check in, it will require the payment of an extra fee as per the following:
- From 20:00 to 00:00h: €30
- From 00:00h: €50

All guests will be required to present valid IDs before the check-in for registration to the Spanish security authorities and to pay a city tax per guest according to the city hall regulation. All fees will be collected before the check-in and must be paid by card or through the Airbnb Resolution Centre.


Utility bills are included up to a maximum of:
150€ per month for Studios, and flats of 1 and 2 bedrooms,
200€ per month for flats with 3 bedrooms or more.
If the cost of your utility consumption exceeds this amount, the excess will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay.

You will have to get the keys on a different location. Please return the keys to the same keynest location you collected it from.

Guests will be charged for lost keys or lockouts.

Code of conduct: the host reserves the right to take required action if any of the below rules are not respected:
- Respect the neighbours
- No smoking in the property
- No parties or events allowed
- No extra guests
- No noise after 10 pm
- No pets allowed
City Tax may be applicable for this property. This tax is not included in the booking price and will be collected directly from you before the check-in. The amount is calculated per person, per night, and could vary according to local regulations. To ensure a smooth check-in process, we kindly request that you complete this payment in advance.
