Nice and well located

On a pedestrian street yet close to metro, shopping. Quiet at night. Spacious with a king size bed. The only negative was the water heater. most of the time the water was lukewarm despite our efforts with the settings of the shower.

Great apt in Barcelona

Loved this apt’s location and layout. Close to transportation and short walk to plaza de Caytalunya, 1 block from famous Battlo House. Great restaurants right on the block (Tapas Nolla) and 2245. Mini mart right across the street and another right around the corner. Easy check-in and helpful customer service (coordinating off-time check-in). Comfortable bed and small but sufficient kitchen & bathroom. Even did a load of laundry while there. Enough room to cook in a few nights. Highly recommend this property it made our first stay in beautiful Barcelona truly memorable!!!

Great Location

Apartment was clean, safe and in a great location. Plenty of restaurants, shopping and sights within minutes of the apartment. I would stay there again. My wife and I loved having a meal or drink on the small balcony. Gaudi’s Batllo House was just down the street. Just wish the owners left more toilet paper and paper towels.

Excellent location in Exiampia

This is a great apartment for 2 people. Very centrally located off Passage de Gracia on a fairly quiet street. Apt was clean and check in was easy. Located on the 3rd floor accessible bia small elevator (customary in Spain). Kitchen was fullequipped with disheasher and laundry.

Excellent location but needed more cleaning

Couldn't have asked for better location. Perfect to access shops, restaurants and anything. Apartment is good for 2 people although it was just me. But, it wasn't as clean. Floors and beds were clean but, kitchen refrigerator had mold inside, closet shelves were dusty, there were dirty fingerprint marks on light switches and doors. dinning table class had food spill under. I sent email after I checked in listing all the stufff and got no response. Water heater stopped working and had to replace it and next day it started leaking. Took couple days to clean up and sanitize.

Barcelona July 25-29 2019

The apartment was fabulous. Exactly as shown in the pictures. Modern, clean and nicely furnished. It was at the top of the main square and central to all major attractions and trains. All amenities were great especially AC with the hot weather. There was plenty of toilet paper and shampoo/soap, detergent and dish washer tablets. They thought of everything. Other places we had to purchase these. We were given a welcome package with tea, biscuits, oil and vinegar which was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this property. The property team was responsive and very nice. Thank you vrbo for making our Barcelona stop so memorable.

Location, Location, Location

The apartment was small but comfortable. Traffic below is noisy until 11:00 PM. Really enjoyed the small balcony. Sito was very helpful. Fantastic location within walking distance to many sites, restaurants. A great place to stay while enjoying Barcelona
