Welcome to the Boutique Apartment on Rambla Cataluña in the Center for 8!

This charming apartment has approximately 130 m² and is located in a building with an elevator, specifically on the 2nd floor. In addition, it has the advantage of being close to the Passeig de Gracia metro station, which will facilitate your travels around the city of Barcelona.

The Boutique Apartment in Rambla Cataluña in the Center for 8 has a spacious and bright living-dining room with access to a typical interior gallery of the Eixample, which will allow you to enjoy a pleasant relaxation area. The gallery is very well oriented so you can enjoy quiet moments. The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people in 4 bedrooms. One of them is located on the mezzanine floor, with a height of 1.50 m, which makes it ideal for children. In total, you will find 6 single beds and 1 double bed in the bedrooms. In addition, the apartment has 3 full bathrooms, one of them also located on the mezzanine floor with a height of 1.5 m.

Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

The property was in huge disarray compared to what they show in the pictures. Lamps were hanging broken, the water in one of the tubs was not running. Our bedroom door did not close properly, so we did not have privacy. I reported to the landlord to get the water in the tub fixed, but instead of sending someone to fix it, they asked for photo or video first so they could send someone. I’m in vacation, not there to work for them.

Barcelona let down

This is the first time that I have encountered fraud on VRBO. The apartment was not as shown on VRBO. The apartment was very dirty and used clothing was found under the breakfront. 2 of the bedrooms have ceilings that are less than 5' in height. No WiFi. No blankets or comforters for the beds, sheets only. Who travels and expects to bring or buy blankets and comforters for rental beds?My wife and her friends were so disappointed on arrival after flying in from Los Angeles that they documented what they saw, left the key on the DR table and went to find other lodging.I am in the process of disputing the charge with the credit card company. I haven't received any response from the rental company and I have yet to receive satisfaction from VRBO.
