Este singular apartamento, muy luminoso y soleado, está situado en el pintoresco barrio de Gracia.

A cinco minutos está la parada de metro de Verdaguer, muy bien comunicado con el resto de la ciudad.

La ubicación es muy buena. En 5 minutos andando puede llegar al Passeig de Gràcia. Además, su privilegiada situación le permitirá poder llegar a pie o en escasos minutos en metro a las principales zonas turísticas, ya que se sitúa a un paso de las Ramblas, la Catedral y el Barrio Gótico, la Sagrada Familia, los edificios más emblemáticos de Gaudí o las tiendas más representativas de Barcelona.

El apartamento consta de 1 habitación doble, cocina, baño, salón y una estupenda terraza donde poder tomar su desayuno al sol.

La habitación principal, cuenta con una cama de matrimonio y un pequeño escritorio.

Hay también un altillo donde se encuentran 2 camas individuales.

La cocina, totalmente equipada, cuenta con todas las comodidades: Tostadora, horno, vitrocerámica, nevera y congelador, hervidor de agua, cafetera, etc.

En el salón, hay un cómodo sofá y una mesa para 4.

TV.

El sofá del salón puede convertirse en una cama doble.

Desde el salón se accede a la terraza, equipada con mesa, sillas y una barbacoa.

El apartamento, debido a su espacio, es recomendable para máximo 4 personas. Es ideal para pequeñas familias o parejas.

El edificio no tiene ascensor, aunque no hay más de 17 escalones hasta llegar al apartamento.

Desde el apartamento podrá dar un agradable paseo por el barrio de Gracia. Un buen lugar para perderse por sus calles llenas de encanto. En el barrio de Gracia no le faltarán restaurantes y bares de todo tipo donde elegir.

Gracia es reconocible por sus calles estrechas, todo un contraste con los amplios y modernos bulevares del Eixample. Se le conoce como barrio vanguardista y políticamente activo. Aquí encontrarás plazas animadas, bares y restaurantes de ambiente un poco más maduro y relajado que otras zonas de más actividad cultural como el Raval o el Born.

Gràcia es un barrio cuya personalidad única bien merece una visita. Aquí se encuentra el Parc Güell, el impresionante parque de Antoni Gaudí.

El barrio de Gràcia se encuentra al norte del Eixample. Desde el puerto se puede llegar subiendo por las Ramblas hasta Plaça Catalunya, cruzando la plaza y continuando por el Passeig de Gràcia hasta el final. El Parc Güell se encuentra al norte de Gràcia.

I’m giving this a poor rating due to lack communication from the management. I did not receive check-in information when promised. My messages to them went unanswered. I was beginning to think this was a scam and contacted VRBO who sent management an email. That also went unanswered. VRBO had given me another phone number for management. I sent a WhatsApp message to that number and finally received a reply. It was a lot of stress and frustration that could have been easily avoided. After that, the stay was fine. The apartment has a lot of character and was comfortable and clean. It’s in a quiet location but still close to grocery stores, restaurants, and transportation.

The host was very communicative and helpful throughout. Although not a large space, the apartment is thoughtfully laid out and was perfect for our family of 4. The terrace is large and has lovely views.

Comfortable for my kids and I. Clean and best location. There were not enough blankets for winter but I didn’t press the host since a friend brought me blankets. Love this spot!

Although we didn’t anticipate steep narrow stairs, we managed to get suitcases upstairs. I wish that had been noted in the listing. We both have some difficulty with stairs so this was a bit of a challenge. Communication with the host was slow and although there were answers, they were slow. The location was PERFECT! Overall, if you can handle stairs, this is a great rental!

Gracia area is a perfect location. Safe, lively, shops and restaurants close and plentiful, walkable to many attractions from Parc Guell to Sagrada Familia, Gothic Quarter and beaches. Sadly, the apartment seems to have fallen into a bit of neglect. The floors were filthy and vacuum cleaner not functional. We had to sweep with a broom, go buy cleaning solution and wipe the floors ourselves before it was livable. We also had to wipe down doors, door handles, cupboard fronts and other surfaces which were sticky and dirty. Besides the broken vacuum cleaner, other old items cluttered up the place like two non-functioning kettles and an OPEN bag of rodent poison in a lower kitchen drawer. There were no duvet covers for the not-fresh duvets... very unsanitary. The bathroom ceiling was peeling and a jagged chunk missing from the door. A decorative throw on the couch was filled with crumbs and plentiful amounts of a white particles. The balcony provided a tranquil outdoor space. The washing machine was a huge convenience though beware future tenants, the advertised "dryer" is a clothesline outside. The patio door provided good light. Air conditioning worked well. This apartment has great potential. If I were the owner, I would invest in an extremely thorough cleaning, fix everything that's broken, and replace what's missing to easily create a 5-star accommodation.

We had a great stay in this apartment. It was in a part of Barcelona away from the beach that we hadn't explored - nice and quiet in the evenings and lots of great places to eat etc during the day. The apartment was great - more space than we needed, so we didn't use the loft area and can't comment on that. We did have an issue with the clothes washer that didn't work, but the owner was very responsive and nice about it. The view from the deck isn't amazing, but it was great to be able to sit out there and was nice and quiet in the evenings. The bed was comfy, the place was clean... pretty much everything we needed. We didn't use the kitchen appliances much (just the fridge) so can't speak much to that. I think this is typical of many places in Europe, but some people might want to be aware that the apartment is up a flight of relatively steep stairs. Not an issue for us and only one flight but steeper than Americans are probably used to and there is no elevator. Overall we had a great time and would happily stay there again!

My wife and I spent 4 nights and would gladly stay there again. Our host was friendly and communicative. Apartment itself was clean and well-appointed. We did not prepare any meals, but the kitchen seemed to have the basics. The weather was beautiful during our stay, so walking in the neighborhood and enjoying a glass of wine on the back balcony were a pleasure. As others have noted, the apartment is centrally located with many of the major points of interest being only a 20-30 minute walk. There are multiple restaurants and markets within a few minutes walk. We especially enjoyed dining at the restaurants on Placa de la Vila de Gracia (5 minute walk). One point to note is that the apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. This was not an issue for us, but could be for some. So, in summary, 5 stars!!

Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich schön und entspricht der Beschreibung. Hervorzuheben ist das tolle Viertel mit netten Bars und Geschäften in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Der Balkon ist toll, um am Abend noch ein Getränk zu nehmen. Es gibt ausreichend Gläser und Porzellan. Leider waren die Matratzen der beiden Betten über der Küche durchgelegen, die Spülmaschine verrostet (die Halter der Teller brachen teilweise ab) und das Objekt war nicht wirklich gut gereinigt (Haare in der Dusche, Schlieren überall und viel Staub, wurde nachgebessert, aber nicht zufriedenstellend). Das wirft leider einen Schatten über die ansonsten hübsche Wohnung, die man mit kleinen Optimierungen signifikant verbessern könnte. Hier bedarf es mehr Kontrolle bei der Reinigung und neuer Spülmaschinenkörbe. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief grundsätzlich gut, reibungslos uns sehr freundlich. Es wurde sofort reagiert und sie waren auch sehr kooperativ und lösungsorientiert. Klasse sind die Restaurantbeschreibungen des Eigentümers, insbesondere das La Pepita. Wir waren gleich 2 mal dort. Ich würde die Wohnung empfehlen, aber man sollte bei der Übergabe genau hinschauen.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was in a central location surrounded by great restaurants and the several metro stations. It was a little too cool to really use the porch but we otherwise would have really enjoyed it. The kids like the loft beds and the living room area was spacious. Highly recommend.

appartement bien situé dans le quartier de Gràcia, restaurant, bar à proximité, très facile d’accès pour visiter barcelone. l’appartement est conforme aux photos, propre, attention montée d’escalier étroite pour accéder à l’appartement, parfait pour un court séjour, le + le balcon très agréable. check un/out parfait viktoria est très sympathique.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. It worked perfectly for my friend and me, and certainly would be great for two couples or a family of four. It felt spacious and cosy at the same time. Great location, easy arrival and departure. Would definitely stay there again.
