This modern apartment in the neighborhood of Sarria, in the northeast part of the city, is ideal for those looking for a relaxed stay in Barcelona. Here, you can discover the most authentic part of Barcelona where many exquisite and authentic restaurants are located, as well as bars already established for many years.

The apartment is also located very close to several bus stops (Plaça d'Adrià / Miter - Mandri - V13, H6, 70, V11) and trains (Muntaner). Only 15 minutes away, you will find the heart of the city. As far as supermarkets are concerned, there is a great variety just a few meters from the apartment.

This bright apartment was designed to combine modernity and quality. At the entrance, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils so you can prepare your own meals during your stay if you wish.

Next to the kitchen is the spacious living room and the small balcony that will allow you to relax after a long day of walking in the city. In the rest of the apartment, you will find 2 rooms: 1 with a double bed, and another with 2 single beds; as well as 1 bathroom created so you can be as comfortable as possible both with a bathtub and integrated shower.

From washing machine, dishwasher, clothes iron, microwave to the coffee maker, not forgetting an excellent internet connection for our free Wifi, a flat-screen TV, as well as all the equipment you will need to feel at home. Additionally, for those who prefer to come by car and avoid the stress of finding a car park in the city, we can offer you private parking located in the same building as your apartment.

As we want your stay to be as simple and relaxed as possible, we have developed a wide variety of extra services such as pick-ups from and to the apartment, tickets to the most famous attractions of the city, as well as the purchase for your breakfast and snacks so that Do not worry about making the purchase upon arrival.

-: The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

I would not book with them again.

We are a retired couple that stayed here in October 2022. At that time they processed a security deposit on our credit card. We left the apartment in great condition. We have yet to see the refund to our credit card. I have contacted them four times and they said they were sorry and they would let me know when the refund is processed. I am still waiting.

Do NOT stay here!

The apartment is NOT the same as the one in the listing photos. The furniture is different and the view is different. We came from the airport exhausted to check in but the apartment wasn't ready and so we had to wait an extra hour. MySpaceBarcelona charged 400 euros to our credit card for a damage deposit, but even after emailing them several times, we still haven't received the credit back. (We left the apartment immaculate!) Very disappointing!!

The property looked NOTHING like the pictures presented on VRBO. We checked in and walked into an apartment that looked like a dorm room. One of the cabinet doors was falling off the hinge, The chairs in the kitchen must have been taken off the street and put into the apartment, the slider doors to the deck would close all the way so it was always partially open. The second bedroom with the twin bed looked like someone took a knife to the floor and just drew lines all over it. The bed had no bedding on it, just a fitted sheet along with a glass door that led out into the outside hallway where you could see others in the building walking around getting into the elevator. I don't know what apartment this was but it wasn't the one we booked via the pictures on the VRBO site. When we went down to tell them this, they refused to refund us our money. We left after 2 hours fighting with VRBO and the property management and we rented a hotel for the week.

Scammed in Barcelona

The 2 bedroom property we paid for was really a small studio which smelled of trash and had water leaking into the living room area from the shower. They used an agency called "My Space" and they were awful! Don't use them. They gave us a different apartment 2 miles away. We left after 1 night it was so bad and went to a hotel. Although we have tried, they still won't refund our money. Make sure you are renting directly from the property owners and not an agency. We learned our lesson.

Nice little modern apartment outside of city center

Nice little modern apartment with nice furnishings. Enjoyed the neighborhood and location, but there is more traffic on street than one might expect. About a 10 minute walk to metro station, and a 10 minute ride to city center. The apartment is cleverly and tastefully set up, but could use a little more attention to detail in maintenance/cleaning. Mattresses in master bedroom are quite lumpy and should be replaced. Also, could not completely lock/seal slider in master, which made road noise more noticeable. We had four people, staying here--and it was a bit of a pinch space-wise in the small bedroom. Our first experience with professional host. Had some issues with payment. Late email (days before reservation) from host (after initial payment on VRBO) specified payment in cash or 5% commission on credit card--that was news to us. This fee was waived after we objected, but definitely need to read all the fine print in the contract. All in all a pleasant stay, but could be even better with a little more friendly approach, and more attention to detail.

Great location and layout of apartment.

Although the apartment may be situated a little bit outside of the main area of Barcelona, this apartment was incredible for our week long stay. It has everything we needed and was incredibly gorgeous. It is situated from great coffee spots, right next to a grocery store, and still offered some welcoming respite from a long day of walking. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was situated in a nice neighborhood, everything was within walking distance to stores, cafes, shops, etc. It had two bedrooms well suited for a family, had a kitchen with all appliances, plus washing machine. i would recommend anyone to stay in this place.
