"Secret Riviera was such a relaxing resort. The staff and grounds were second to none. Staff inside and outside the resort was excellent and truly improved our stay. The food at the restaurants was better than expected. The only negative was the after traveling with a family group of 8, it was near impossible to get seating together at any of the restaurants. With that said we will keep Secrets Riviera on our Mexico list."

"This is a great resort for families. It has 4 beautiful pools and it's on the beach. You have the options of 5 restaurant along with all you can eat brunch for breakfast and lunch plus snacks all day. There is a movie theater, live entertainment, ziplining for kids and so much more. "The room was beautiful. Food was decent. The only issue was that there was music blaring from 8 am to 10 PM constantly. You could hear it loudly inside the room. There was no sound proofing. It was loud enough to give you a headache. The beach front is very small so not a great walk. Overall it was a party vibe which is great for those who like it."

"Great location - steps from the beach and minutes from the main strip/restaurants etc. The unit was clean and just as advertised. The small pool was perfect for our young kids. The host was friendly and helpful - she provided beach chairs and toys upon request."

"I found the hotel overall average. The staff were hit or miss with some being great while others not so much. The same can be said for the food. The seaweed was pretty bad and pretty much made the beach unusable and the whole property smelt like rotting seaweed. The biggest pro to this property is the all inclusive if you’re looking for a cheaper all inclusive this property is good."

I did not book this as a timeshare and I had my whole week planned therefore no time to do a 90+min presentation. The back of house staff was amazing and I genuinely felt they cared.
