"The refurbished rooms are beautifully designed, spacious and calm. Perhaps the nicest room I have ever stayed in. The bath tub with a view is fantastic. The staff are consistently welcoming, sincere and helpful, greeting you each time you arrive or leave. They are a credit to the hotel. The lobby area and general amenities are restricted due to the major refurbishment in progress but I’m sure it will be fabulous when completed."

We komen hier...

"Staff was very nice and helpful (also spoke English). Room was comfortable and had necessary amenities."

"The staff at the hotel were extremely accommodating for all our needs. The rooftop terrace with complementary drinks/snacks was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. The metro station is less than a block away-so convenient! If you are planning on using laundry service be sure to check the pricing ahead of time, very expensive. Five days of clothing for 2 was $267! Overall great location, would stay here again."

"We really liked the hotel. The staff are amazingly good and kind. Many small nice touches in the room. Also compared to hotels in the area, it was a good value. The breakfast buffet was excellent and worth getting. We had dinner on the roof one evening and food and drinks were good. Very fresh salmon! On the downside the gym facility was small and not well equipped."

"All style no substance. Dismissive staff. No control of noise levels; either other guests shouting on their balconys, or music / work at pool bars. Slow service. Not convenient for Barcelona sightseeing. Industrial environment/surrounds. Not sure how it is 5-Star"

"It was a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location!"

"Amazing location with beautiful views of the area! It's great to have a Michelin restaurant and a bar with a pool onsite."
