"The property is no way a 5 star property. Good staff, clean property but lots need to be done with renovations and maintaining. The shower area is very poorly designed. Shower shoots out the water to the floors outside( the glass fixtures donot cover the spray), also the tub is raised( if we had problems not sure what the seniors would do) The doors have electronic keys but they seldom work properly"

"The experience was bad due to when we first got to the hotel they did not have the king size room that I actually paid. I noticed on the app it wasn't on there, but also the power went out in the hotel room and they were doing construction all around us so there was a noise and also there was a train that passed by every 10 to 15 minutes and we will feel the vibration and noise every day"
