"The facility was lovely. The staff was not what one would expect. At 6pm after our arrival following a long day of driving, we were told there was no room for us to have a drink at the bar. The following morning, we sat so long for breakfast without having our order taken that we finally left without being served. "Very much enjoyed our stay. 4 star rating, there was a couple of disappointments. No bellman upon arrival so we had to struggle with our luggage. We couldn’t get into our room until 6 pm so we had a round or two of drinks in the rooftop restaurant. Hotel comp us one round which was appreciated. Rooms are beautiful. "Check-in was a breeze. We arrived about 10am from a 15 night cruise. Although we couldn’t get into our rooms right away, they did store the luggage for us. This allowed us to leisurely shop/window shop/grab a bite to eat. They called within 2-3 hours to let us know our rooms were ready. Excellent location. Spacious rooms.
