"Our one night stay was the worst hotel experience we had on our two week trip. There was no hot water in the shower and they do not answer the phone at the front desk- we tried again and again. I had to get dressed and go to the desk to inform them of the problem. The staff member seemed annoyed and said they would send someone up. No apology.
