"The rooms are very small and make it difficult to live out of a large suitcase. However, I will say that this is probably the quietest hotel that I have ever been in, which was unexpected in the heart of London. I appreciated the availability of bottled filtered water and in-room coffee maker. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers."

"Wonderful 8 night stay, May 2026. Everything was as expected. Very nice and clean. Only issue was every time you enter from outdoors, ASSAULTED ( no other words work) by some pumped in “ scent”. Not just us, everyone walking into hotel was like Wow!! Not a bad smell, but when it burns people’s eyes, or gives them a headache. Not good Turn it down already. Constant, no matter what time of day or night

"I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand. "We had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza London.
The hotel location was excellent, with easy access to major attractions and public transportation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast had a great variety of options and everything was well organized.
Overall, it was a great experience for our family trip, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting London."

"Friendly and helpful staff, but smelly, noisy room. My room was on the lower ground and the trains ars almost on top of the room. They can’t relocate the hotel, so nothing to do here. The rooms are on dire need of refurbishment, carpet shows sign of water damage and AC looked moldy. This might be a Best Western, but I would not recommend."

The location is incredible for low traffic volumes but proximity to Earls Court subway lines (to airport and on main District line).
Rooms were small (no chairs to drink morning coffee) but bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable.
