"Nice clean room and bathroom although the bathroom was so small I had to contort myself to get into the shower. Breakfast at a nearby cafe was excellent. Overall very happy and would stay there again."

"Die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie im Angeboten beschrieben. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Einzig eine Garderobe und ein Zahnputzbecher haben gefehlt. Aber die Jacken gingen direkt in den Schrank und eine Kaffeetasse wurde umfunktioniert.
Dankeschön und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!! "

"We had a a very good stay at this apartment, kitchen was fully stocked, everything was clean, beds were comfortable. Only complaint will be front door had no insulation so conversation in the hallways around the elevator sounded like people were in the flat."

"Very clean room and amenities needed in the kitchen if you wanted a quick easy meal. Coffee was very nice touch with the cafeteria. It wasn't warm season but the AC was recommended so can close a window as close to the train line. Perfect location for Tower Bridge, Tower of London and the tube. Nice quirky neighbourhood. Would recommend and use again when needed for this location. Many Thanks BOB W"

"The property stole my clothes. After numerous complaints they were returned wet and dumped on the couch.
Attempts to fix the washer so I could clean the clothes were not helpful at all. I’d be asked for my availability and always told that didn’t work could I wait in the middle of the day.
The point of my vacation is not to wait around for a repair man.
The agreed to a morning window and the person came 25 minutes late as we were leaving. Apparently he has no concept of traffic.

This is a staffless property, which created some issues.
Upon our arrival, a code was needed to access our room, we were sent a code that was incorrect and had to figure the correct code out on our own.
The room we were assigned initially had a foul smell when we entered, which we attributed to the location nearby the train station. This is more likely due to a plumbing issue, since our bathroom sink did not drain and would...
