"a beautiful property, private, quiet, and cozy. All that was promised by Lee and Bill, the owners. We'll definitely book it again."

"While a little far away from local attractions, this quiet in law suite was just the right size for a week long stay.The kitchen appliances aren’t perfect, as the kitchen itself was very compact, but the rest of the amenities more than made up for it.And the free breakfast at the owners’ café down the street was phenomenal. Delicious drinks, pastries, and fruit bowls made every morning a good morning. This alone would bring us back to this property should we return to this area."

"My friend and I stayed here for a few days. Despite the horrible rainy weather we had a wonderful time. The house was very comfortable, clean and stocked with all necessities. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of kitchenware for your cooking needs. We had one nice day of sunny weather and drove to a nearby town in MA for lunch then used the BBQ on the deck for a beautiful dinner with lake view. Joseph, the host was very responsive when contacted."

"Laid-back location, sitting in the gazebo to watch the horses graze was just what we needed to unplug. Hosts Brent and Claire were terrific, friendly with clear communication (check-in, directions, etc) and they put lots of thought into making a welcoming space. Well-appointed, clean and much seemed brand new. Got to meet their wonderful dogs too. Would definitely stay here again."

"I have been doing great business with the owner I have as always in the house and this time I was in a very unsafe basement with a bad smell and very uncomfortable bed I beg you don’t go to the basement it’s horrible"

"We stayed at Abigail’s nest a couple weekends ago for a lowkey bachelorette weekend by the pool and Kim and her house were more amazing that we could’ve imagined. The house was absolutely gorgeous and clean and the yard and pool were as well. We relaxed by the pool and had an absolute blast celebrating our bride! We are so grateful to have found this gem! Kim was great and communicative the entire time and we are all grateful for a fantastic weekend. Thanks again Kim!"

"Matt was extremely cooperative and always available for any questions we had. The house was totally stocked with everything one might need in case you forgot something. It is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the perfect size for a large family getaway. The fact that it was pet friendly was very important to us."

"Mini family vacation. The property was pleasant and convenient to the Museums and Zoo.This is not specific to this stay, but I wish the fees would be available prior to the booking/ payment process. We had to stop the booking of a different property for this trip when the hidden fees more than doubled the cost of the rental."
